We are upgrading a database in our cloud service. Device management features (status, upgrades, onboarding) may be unavailable for about 15–20 minutes during the maintenance window. The set maintenance window includes service restart as well as additional time for post-restart monitoring, troubleshooting, and follow-up activities.
